I've had a shed for a couple months that I've paid rent on and still to this date not put anything in it because my truck broke down and I couldn't get my stuff to the shed,now my truck is almost repaired and my shed is due and I didn't make it in eto make my payment but I called and Rosa ,the person there assured me that everything will be ok and not to worry and she will help me however possible she could with this matter and that put my mind at ease so I could continue getting my truck running and that should be by tomorrow morning,thank you Rosa for putting my mind at ease, Sincerely Don j Force

I live out of state and have for a few years. Had some financial difficulty come up but Rosa went above any to ensure that I could keep my storage unit without any problems. She's absolutely amazing and I'm glad to be storing with them. She's truly helped more than she may know to someone who can't lose the things I have there.
