It should have been compulsory that I purchase one of their locks. Instead, he told me to find another lock that was cheaper. In the end, I wasted my time, energy and resources to purchase another one at a hardware store that would have put my belongings at risk for theft. Other than this, I was pleased with the initial setup with Julie. She's fantastic and I would recommend friends to this business. Thank you, Julie!
